Shipping

We ship discreetly via USPS and UPS. Most orders ship within 1 business day from our warehouse. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination and order weight.

Returns

For hygiene reasons, sexual wellness products cannot be returned once opened. Unopened items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Contact hello@lovingsex.com for a return authorization.

Damaged or defective items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, email us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.
