Shipping & Returns

Shipping

Orders are processed and shipped within one business day.

All shipments are packaged in plain, discreet packaging with no details of the package contents on the outside.

All physical products except DVDs ship within the US only.

International DVD shipping costs a flat $25.

For international DVD orders, we ship the discs and covers only, no cases, to avoid delays in customs.

Returns

You may request a return for a full refund within 30 days of delivery for unopened items, including DVDs and toys, in their original packaging. Return authorization is required. Contact sales@lovingsex.com before sending an item back.

Opened or used items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. See our Return and refund policy for full terms, including defective-item exchanges and shipping charges.
