Refund policy

You may request a return for a full refund within 30 days of delivery for unopened items, including DVDs and toys, in their original packaging.

Opened DVDs and toys are non-refundable and can only be exchanged if defective within 15 days.

All Returns require that an RMA Number be issued FIRST. Please be sure to CALL US (800-617-8697) or contact us to insure that your return is acceptable. Once approved, an RMA number will be issued along with instructions on how to send it back to us. Your return must be in its original packaging.

Shipping charges will only be refunded in cases where our error caused the return.
