The Sei Mio Bed-Spreader is a four-way under-mattress restraint system — straps pass under the mattress, wrist and ankle cuffs anchor at each corner, all adjustable for length and tension. No bedposts required, which matters in modern apartments where most beds are platforms or just frames.
