The story

Rouge's classic ball gag gets a smart upgrade with a stainless steel rod running through the rubber ball. The rod adds visual edge while letting the wearer pull the ball entirely for an open-mouth variation mid-scene.

A black leather strap with a red contrast accent buckles at the back, with adjustment holes covering head circumferences from roughly 17.5 to 22 inches. The leather softens with wear and the buckle holds once set.
