The story

An inflatable position pillow with built-in restraint anchoring from Fetish Fantasy's Deluxe Position Master. The hollow center channels a heavy-duty nylon strap that connects to a pair of metal cuffs, restraining the wearer's hands to the pillow's central anchor point.

Once the wearer is bent over the wedge-shaped pillow and strapped in, they can't move freely — the position locks them in place while the inflatable structure supports otherwise difficult positions across longer scenes.
