The story

The OptiMale Thin Extender with Ball Strap is a 6-inch stretchy sleeve in frosted material — sheer enough to read closer to skin than opaque extenders, with ribbed and studded interior texturing that stimulates the wearer's shaft. The attached ball strap secures the sleeve in place during use.

The ball strap is the underrated detail: most extenders rely on snug fit alone, this one anchors via testicle restriction that doubles as mild stamina-boosting cock-ring effect. Soft body-safe material; water-based lubricant only since the soft material degrades with silicone lube.

Good for: couples adding modest length and girth, anyone curious about sheer-finish extenders, users who like ball-strap stability. Frost colorway.

Will this arrive in discreet packaging?

Yes — all orders ship in plain, unmarked boxes with no product names and no brand logos on the outside. We ship discreetly on every order, automatically.

What's your return policy?

Sex toys can't be returned once opened — that's an industry-standard hygiene rule, not specific to us. For defective or damaged items: we'll replace or refund. Email us and we'll handle it.

Can I order anonymously?

Yes — guest checkout is available, no account required. We ship in plain packages with no external branding. The charge on your card statement appears as "Alexander Institute" — the parent company that owns Loving Sex, nothing that identifies the product type.
