Unopened DVDs can be returned for a full refund within 15 days of receipt. Opened DVDs are non-refundable and can only be exchanged if defective within 15 days.

Toys are non-refundable and can only be exchanged if defective within 5 days of receipt.

All Returns require that an RMA Number be issued FIRST. Please be sure to CALL US (818-508-1296) or contact us to insure that your return is acceptable. Once approved, an RMA number will be issued along with instructions on how to send it back to us. Your return must be in its original packaging.

Shipping charges will only be refunded in cases where our error caused the return.
