Just about everybody would like to learn new sexual skills. However, the thought of having to go to a physical class is intimidating to a lot of people. I’ve already touched on some of the benefits, but let’s look at them in detail now:
- Privacy. As I already mentioned, the privacy component of learning new sexual skills at home is a big deal. You don’t have to worry about feeling self-conscious or uncomfortable being in a group setting. You can just watch the videos and learn with your partner.
- Convenience. Instead of driving somewhere to take a class, you can learn all about bondage, massage, or anything else that tickles your fancy from the comfort of your own home. Want to pick up some new skills in the middle of the night? You can. Or would you rather kick back and relax with the DVDs on a Sunday morning? You can do that, too.
- Clarification. If you miss part of a lecture, you’ll have to raise your hand to ask for clarification. This can be uncomfortable for the shy among us. That’s why getting a DVD sex education is so cool--just rewind the program to listen (and watch) again.
- Intimate Opportunities. Since many sexual education programs include explicit instruction--I’m talking about real people have sex here--it’s normal to get turned on. This can be inopportune in a public, classroom setting. But if you educate yourself at home, you and your partner can easily put what you’ve learned into practice right there on the spot.
